Guess what I bought this time?
Yup a patio! Well, and the condo it’s attached to it as well.
My offer has been accepted so all is looking good. Subjects won’t be removed until May 5, but that should just be a formality.
I’m not moving out of Jeff’s quite yet…Jeff helped me out financially with this (thanks Jeff…again…) and our plan is to reno this place once we get possession June 30. Once that is done we will either list it right away, or I might move in for a while until we can get the price we want for it.
